.

Famed host of Tonight Live, Paisley Beebe interviewed Jayjay Zifanwe (Jay Jay Jegathesan), founder of the UWA Second Life presence and the UWA Art & Machinima on Sunday, the 17th of April.

The interview is reproduced in full as above. The interview covered the UWA Machinima & Art Challenges and featured works by Ginger Alsop, Josiane Sorciere, Kobuk Farshore, Eric Boccara and Soda Lemondrop.

Others who shared the stage, were acclaimed music band, 'The Follow' as well as Indiana University Professor Sasha Barab who is part of a 3D game development team.

In a uncanny demonstration of synchronicity that would have made Jung proud, it was discovered by Jayjay and members of 'The Follow' after the interview that the group had been scheduled to perform at the UWA-BOSL Amphiteatre at the Metaverse Live Music Expo 22nd - 25th of April 2011, for which UWA is a sponsor.

Led by Lillith Siamendes, the Metaverse Live Music Expo will launch at a gala ceremony at the UWA-BOSL Amphitheatre at 4pm slt, Friday the 22nd of April.
