MachinimUWA IV: Hypatia Pickens' 'To Inhabit A House of Uneasy Chairs'

'To Habit A House of Uneasy Chairs' is a Hypatia Pickens creation based on the 3D Artwork 'Uneasy Chairs'. This Machinima is now part of MachinimUWA IV: Art of the Artists, which unites the powerhouses of virtual worlds, Artists and Machinimatographers!

Entries to the L$300,000 MachinimUWA IV close on the 10th of November and looks for the creation of machinima featuring artworks that are part of the UWA 3D Open Art Challenge.

In Hypatia's words, "I made the build first in Second Life and then wrote a poem about what it inspired in me: "To inhabit a house of uneasy chairs" describes the feeling you get when your own home (in this case, mind/body) has become a place of instability and you cannot rest until you become grounded again. I also suffer from bouts of vertigo and arythmia (which the chairs perfectly symbolize! ha!). I'm not sure what the "Vanitas" character represents (clothes designed by "Alpha.Tribe")... perhaps that which haunts and hurts you."
